The Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment (MBIE) wish to purchase an integrated software solution for the enterprise management of risks and hazards. This solution will support quality, integrity based decision making across MBIE that is simple and easy to use with good reporting capability.

The objective of this RFP is to identify a preferred supplier capable of providing the following:
1. Supply of the product (software)
2. Installation/development support for the product
3. Training on the configuration and use of the product
4. Ongoing maintenance support for the product.
