The Ministry of Business Innovation & Employment through Immigration New Zealand (INZ) is responsible for managing the immigration policies and services that provide for the settlement of refugees selected for residence in New Zealand as part of our annual refugee quota. The services are outsourced and overseen by the Refugee and Protection Unit of INZ which is responsible for ensuring services meet the needs of the users and the programmes provide good value in terms of cost and service outcomes.
The Ministry is seeking registrations from suppliers that are experienced in the provision of refugee support services. The Ministry is, through this registration process, seeking to improve its state of knowledge of matters such as:
a. what is available in the market
b. what suppliers are active in this area and their experience and capability to provide the services
c. what type of delivery models or options are available
d. indicative pricing
The ROI terms conditions and service specific information is attached along with a response form which suppliers are required to complete in order to submit their registration.
