The All-of-Government (AoG) External Recruitment Services (ERS) solution is due to expire on 19 September 2017. In the week commencing 14 November 2016, the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) will be issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a new solution for these services, available on the New Zealand Government Electronic Tenders Service (GETS) www.gets.govt.nz (see Rfx ID18127330).

A Respondent Briefing will be held on Thursday 17th November 2016 at MBIE, 15 Stout Street, Wellington. Registering for the briefing is not a pre-requisite for submitting a proposal.

There will be a tight turnaround between the release of the RFP and the Respondent Briefing. However, we are confident that we can answer any questions you may have at the briefing and during the clarification period which will be open immediately following the RFP release.

A maximum of one representative per potential Respondent is welcome to attend. If the briefing is not fully subscribed, we may allow additional representatives to be added. This would be communicated through the email address submitted, and remaining places allocated based on the timing of the request for additional representatives.
