Advance Notice of the release of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Oasis 4 IT solution
The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) will be looking to release an RFP for the supply of an Information Technology solution for our Insolvency and Trustee Service (ITS) and Criminal Proceeds and Integrity Enforcement (CPIE) groups
ITS and CPIE are business units of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment and the primary functions of the units are:
• Administration of personal insolvencies (including Bankruptcies, No Asset Procedures, and Summary Instalment Orders) and Company Liquidations
• Payment to claimants of dividends distributed from the insolvent estates
• Taking enforcement action against bankrupts and directors of insolvent companies
• Administration of assets under criminal proceeds legislation.
In mid-May 2015, MBIE released an open market Registration of Interest (ROI) for an Oasis 4 IT solution. The ROI that was issued had expected to take successful Respondents (if any) through to a closed RFP process. As a result of information collected and learning's made over the months that followed, a decision was made not to continue with a closed RFP process but to re-issue the RFP as an open market RFP. It is MBIE’s intention now to release that new, single stage, open market RFP early in March 2016.

No information will be collected from this notice and Suppliers who are interested in being part of the proposed RFP process should ensure that they are registered to receive GETS notifications for all applicable RFx Categories.
