The Ministry will be seeking Requests for Proposals (RFP) from parties capable of providing a range of Learning & Development services for the Ministry.

An RFP will be issued towards the middle of September seeking submissions from suppliers who are capable of delivering learning and development services, including but not limited to, training needs or gap analysis, analysis of learning requirements, programme design and development, learning curriculums and frameworks, design of training delivery methods etc.
