The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) is seeking Registrations of Interest from organisations (interested suppliers) for the supply of a new Shared Business Entity Register System (the Services). The purpose of this Request for Registrations of Interest (ROI) is to identify suppliers who have the capability to provide the system or system and services to provide a new Shared Business Entity Register System. In the normal course of events, MBIE will select a shortlist of suppliers and issue to them a Request for Proposal or equivalent.
