LINZ is looking to consolidate all of the services required to fully and efficiently manage its substantial portfolio of residential properties, including tenancy management, general property services, planned maintenance and capital expenditure, general property management and service delivery management. We will be releasing an RFP to identify a single supplier or a prime supplier as part of a consortium to provide property management services for the LINZ’s Residential Property Portfolios. Where a single supplier is not feasible or presents risk to LINZ multiple suppliers may be selected.
We will hold a supplier briefing session at 9:30 am on the 18th of May at:

You must register for this session through the GETS Question Function by 5:00 pm on the 17th May. Our Point of Contact will meet you in the lobby. The supplier briefing will consist of two parts, a group briefing session that will outline the services required and give a more in-depth picture of the portfolios currently held by LINZ; and for those who have signed confidentiality agreements, the opportunity to individually analyse a sample of the LINZ Residential Portfolio, with our Portfolio Managers on hand to answer questions.
