LINZ intends to consolidate all of the services required to manage its portfolio of residential properties. This includes general property services / management, planned maintenance / capital expenditure, service delivery management and tenancy management. LINZ requires either a single supplier or a prime supplier as part of a consortium who has both the capability and the capacity to service the entire residential property portfolio, with the majority of properties being located in rural and remote areas of New Zealand.
