Lakes District Health Board is interested in exploring the potential for constructing a new Mental Health Facility on site at Rotorua Hospital. The overall scope of the project involves the creation of a new facility that is contemporary, fit for purpose, safe and which provides a therapeutic environment to realize the benefits of a new model of care.

The works to be considered under this RFP is for the concept designs only. This concept design will help Lakes District Health Board make an informed decision on whether to proceed with the project or not.

Lakes District Health Board is seeking proposals from suitably qualified companies for architectural and health planning services to undertake this project.
