Manaaki Whenua-Landcare Research is a Crown Research Institute that is located on the Massey University Campus. Our Palmerston North Site has a carpark that is used by various different groups e.g. visitors, loading and unloading of our field vehicles, service and delivery vehicles and pedestrians. We need to extend the current carpark to provide easier and safer access and exit for all of these groups.
We are looking for a solution that enables the best use of the existing and extended area. We will need to extend into an existing enclosed garden area, which will require the existing fence to be removed and relocated along with some raised garden beds.

Not awarded.as the scope of this project has significantly altered since it was lodged. We now have a new design and are going to open market with a RFQ that wiill be released on Friday 29th November 2019
