This Request for Quotation is for the submission of quotations from third parties to KiwiRail Limited in respect of the sale of wagons that have been decommissioned or declared surplus in accordance with the requirements set out in Part Three of the RFQ document. These wagons are sold with drawgear and headstock but without bogies/wheels unless stated otherwise.
The wagons have cracking and damage at various points in the structure and are being sold “as is where is” without any warranty as to their fitness for use for any purpose.
