KiwiRail is inviting experienced Contractors to submit tenders for repair to Bridge 43 Main South Line (MSL). This bridge crosses Melcombe Street in Tinwald. On the 26th February 2015 the bridge was struck by a vehicle which caused damage to the side 2 impact protection beam.

Repair of the protective coating is required in order to restore the impact protection beam to its previous condition. This repair work involves traffic management and height access; refer to the full scope of works provided in the Request for Tender document.
