Inland Revenue’s current online survey software contract is reaching its expiry date. This provides Inland Revenue (IR) with an opportunity to explore the current offerings available in the market and ascertain their ability to meet its business needs.
IR is striving to become a customer centric organisation by making tax and social entitlements simpler so customers can meet their obligations and receive the payments they are entitled to.
A key to achieving this goal is listening to the Voice of the Customer, enabling us to identify customer pain points and drivers for improving our service offering.
IR is also keen to understand how to improve the experience of its employees, so we can maximise engagement in the form of motivated employees and an inclusive organisation culture.
We expect insights collected through the online survey platform will help us to achieve both of the above objectives.
The purpose of this RFI is to obtain information from the market relating to a Software as a Service (SaaS) / cloud based online survey software and Voice of the Customer/Employee tool, including options available and the indicative pricing and service model.
It is intended that the information gained through the RFI will be used to inform a subsequent procurement process (i.e. whether to progress to replacing the current tool, and/or informing requirements for a further RFx). A decision whether to undertake a subsequent procurement process will be made following consideration of the responses to this RFI.
