Enterprise support services (ESS) is a workstream within Inland Revenue's transformation programme that supports our internal customers – our people and leaders.
ESS supports the achievement of our strategic direction and transformation objectives. It provides the capabilities that support the operation of our organisation, sets the direction and provides oversight and management of our internal activities.
Following the Expression of Interest released in January 2018, we are intending to release an RFP in mid-March 2018 to enable selection of an ESS solution (Enterprise Support Services RFP). We are seeking to adopt software as a service (SaaS) for our new ESS solution and will adopt standard business processes with minimal configuration and no customisation. The following business processes that are in scope for the ESS procurement are:
a) Human resources,
d) Enterprise asset management, and
e) Corporate functions.
We will be seeking proposals from New Zealand and/or Australia based solution providers for a new ESS solution to replace our current on-premise solution.
We will be seeking design services, in addition to the solution – these services may be supplied by the solution provider or a different service partner(s). We may elect to undertake a further request for proposal for a service partner(s).
Responses will be due, in line with All of Government guidelines, approximately four weeks after the RFP release with an anticipated contract commencement date of July 2018.
No Winner Oracle cloud solution chosen as the preferred ESS solution by Inland Revenue.
