Enterprise Support Services Solution RFP

Enterprise support services (ESS) is a workstream within Inland Revenue's transformation programme that supports our internal customers – our people and leaders.

ESS supports the achievement of our strategic direction and transformation objectives. It provides the capabilities that support the operation of our organisation, sets the direction and provides oversight and management of our internal activities.

We are seeking to adopt software as a service (SaaS) for our new ESS solution and will adopt standard business processes with minimal configuration and no customisation. The following business processes that are in scope for the ESS procurement are:

a) Human resources,
b) Procurement,
c) Finance,
d) Enterprise asset management, and
e) Corporate functions.

We are seeking proposals from New Zealand and/or Australia based solution providers for a new ESS solution to replace our current on-premise solution.

We are seeking design services, in addition to the solution – these services may be supplied by the solution provider or a different service partner(s). We may elect to undertake a further request for proposal for a service partner(s).

Responses to this RFP will be reviewed and evaluated by Inland Revenue in line with the following indicative timeline:

Customer reference checks / site visits: 4-8 June 2018
