The Health Quality and Safety Commission New Zealand is seeking a suitably skilled service provider to carry out an evaluation of the Whakakotahi: Primary Care Quality Improvement Challenge. The Commission would like to determine whether Whakakotahi has been effective in increasing quality improvement capability in primary care in order to contribute to the longer term aim of improving outcomes, equity, consumer engagement and integration. The first round of Whakakotahi initiatives have been chosen and will commence in February 2017, we'd like to engage an evaluator early in the programme in order to learn from the initial roll-out and inform the future development of Whakakotahi.
