The construction works to be carried out at the address in section 3, Key Features, of this Part A.

Procurement Process
Selection of a Contractor will be undertaken in two phases. This Request for ROI is the first stage and will result in the selection of a shortlist of prospective contractors to undertake the Contract Works ("Shortlisted Respondents"). The Principal will issue a Request for Proposal for the Contract Works to the Shortlisted Respondents ("RFP"), each of whom will be invited to respond.

This Request for ROI is seeking a construction works contractor that:
a) can demonstrate their commitment to sound health and safety practices;
b) can demonstrate their previous experience in undertaking works that are similar to the Contract Works;
c) can demonstrate their capability, in terms of resources and plant, to operate in the Lower Hutt area; and
d) confirms they have capacity to undertake the Contract Works in the Indicative Timeline in Section 3 of Part A of this Request for ROI.
