Project

The development at 92-104 St Georges Road, Avondale, Auckland comprises 7 built forms that will contain 102 dwellings in a mix of one, two and three bedroom unit configurations.

The civil works are currently underway for the whole site.

All three buildings will be located in the newly developed site with public roading, and infrastructure provided under the civil portion of the project works.

Resource Consent and EPA have been approved and are provided with the RFP.

HNZ is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Structural Engineer to undertake structural engineering design.
