HNZ needs a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solution to provide integrated project, programme and portfolio management information capability across our programmes of work.
This solution, once implemented, will contribute to our strategic objective of building a high-performing organisation to achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness. To meet this objective, we need a solution that allows us to apply standardised methodology across large volumes of work and maintain management control and visibility at project, programme and portfolio levels.
The selected solution will need to be configurable to meet the needs of the organisation supporting our drive for continuous improvement and innovation. Once delivered HNZ must be able to perform an administration function across the configured elements so these can be updated as the business needs evolve. The successful vendor will provide the necessary training, collateral and support to the HNZ staff members that will perform this function.
This calls for an innovative vendor with a collaborative approach.
