Contract Works
The Contract Works are the reinstatement of the property at Flat 4, 801A Riverslea Road, Hastings which has been fire damaged. The property requires significant works which includes repair of structures, services and utilities, landscaping and general site works as required, to return to a lettable condition for social housing. The Contract Works are fully described in Appendix B.
