HNZ has a requirement to undertake chemical testing on a number of sites distributed across New Zealand.

The purposes of this procurement process are:

To gain a current market view of the types of suppliers providing Chemical Testing Services (Methamphetamine and/or Asbestos) and the most effective and efficient way for HNZ to gain provision of these works and services; and

Short-list suitable Respondents to deliver the works and services.

We will consider proposals to deliver the required services either as:

a) Multiple suppliers providing single specified systems services either regionally or nationally
b) Innovative service delivery proposals that deliver the required services

Background
HNZ (and other cluster agencies) has a requirement to undertake chemical testing on a number of sites distributed across New Zealand. There is no current HNZ panel or large scale contract to provide either Methamphetamine or asbestos testing services.
