PRJ20-83 Employee Assistance Services 2021

Hastings District Council is looking for credible providers who have the capacity, capability and systems to deliver an Employee Assistance Programme for staff in our organisation.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of an organisation that recognises work-related stress is a health and safety issue and who are committed to building and maintaining a workplace environment and culture that supports wellbeing. With more than 400 employees involved in a diverse range of positions we believe that the wellbeing of our staff is key to organisational success and sustainability.

Suppliers with experience in completing works of this nature should respond.
