CON2020067 Evers-Swindell Reserve Toilet Extension - Construction

This contract is for the extension of the existing Evers-Swindell Reserve Toilet, located in Clive, Hawkes Bay. Tenders are being called for two options.
Option 1 is to add one toilet cubicle and Option 2 is to add two toilet cubicles to the existing toilet facility.
Budget constraints will determine the option that Council will proceed with.
