The scope of this RFP is for the purchase and installation of a centralised Real Time Temperature Monitoring System (RTTMS) for medication rooms and medication fridges/freezers throughout ADHB inpatient and community facilities (around 150 locations in total). The centralised system must monitor, record, and store temperature data electronically 24/7/365, with an auditable, clear and accountable process flow for required actions should temperature measurements fall out of pre-set parameters. We are also interested in the full range of monitoring options that your solution offers so that we can determine applicability to our LabPlus laboratory facility.
