healthAlliance would like to understand the potential impacts and opportunities that robotic process automation (RPA) could provide, which includes finding out what systems are available in the market. The running of a Proof of Concept, with a focus on Supply Chain and Finance functions (.e.g. logging into multiple systems, for queries and to process transactional changes, both within and outside of hA's technical landscape; populating spreadsheets; initiating and responding to MS outlook communication etc.) will be useful to help with our understanding and frame a future roadmap.

An RPA Solution to reduce the work effort expended performing manual and repetitive tasks, thereby refocusing work effort from process driven to value add activities.
