Greater Wellington Regional Council (GWRC) is providing this Notice of Information on behalf of New Zealand public transport authorities and the New Zealand Transport Agency.

This Notice of Information is to advise organisations with relevant skills and experience, of the Procuring Parties’ intention to procure various financial services required for a next generation public transport ticketing solution, currently known as Project NEXT.

The Financial Services to be procured through the Request for Tender RFT have been separated into three components, which are:

• Merchant Acquiring services
• Transit Card Program Manager services
• Transit Card Retailer Network Manager services
