Overview

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified contractors to undertake the mechanical and electrical routine and planned services at Gore Multisports Complex (Aquatic Centre) as well as emergency services whenever required.

Scope of Services

1. Undertaking scheduled services for existing facilities; swimming pools, ice rink and MLT event centre at Gore Multisports Complex. (Note, the ice rink is currently operating by others and is not part of this service contract)
2. Emergency services whenever any fault happened and notified by the Council point of contact
3. Providing the spare parts list for all systems and supplying after the council approval
4. Supplying all material and labour for the routine and scheduled services
5. Supplying all material and labour and undertaking the emergency services and recommissioning of the systems with the usual performance
6. Providing technical and professional recommendation to the Council to upgrade or improve the performance of the facilities
7. Supporting the Council team to reasonably substantial maintenance and maintaining the facilities quality and level of services and reliability
