The Government Property Management Centre of Expertise (PMCoE) has issued this Request for Information (RFI) to gather information from the market regarding the availability of office space in the greater Wellington region.

Suppliers that are able to provide office accommodation in the identified locations that meet the government’s requirements are invited to respond to this request providing information on their office accommodation by completing the template ‘Part Three - Response Form’ in this Request for Information.

This is not a procurement process for goods or services nor has any final decision been made on any future procurement process. The issuing of this document and the related process is intended to enable the PMCoE to understand the amount, type, cost and location of office accommodation potentially available in the Greater Wellington Region (excluding the CBD core).

Please note the closing time/date is Noon on Thursday 12 February 2015 (not Friday as stated on page 6 under 1.2 (Closing Date and Time).
