As part of its work with business to promote energy efficiency and renewable energy projects Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (EECA) encourages the implementation and demonstration of proven, underutilised technologies that could improve business energy performance.

Organisations can apply to the EECA for funding assistance to help with the costs associated with implementing a project that will showcase a new or underutilised technology that can improve efficiency or increase renewable energy use. Funding of up to 40% of the project costs, to a maximum of $100,000 is available.

“Technology” can include new innovative systems and processes and is not restricted to physical equipment.

Applications must be received by EECA no later than 4:00 pm, 31 March 2017.

Please note: There are no funding documents to download from GETS – you must visit the EECA website to access the funding Application Form.

EECA will continue to have an Invitation to Register (ITR) on GETS (GETS Ref No: 3764769). The ITR will remain open until 30 June 2017. The purpose of the ITR is for equipment suppliers to first register their companies (Registered Supplier) with EECA so that their energy efficiency technology can be considered for a Technology Demonstration Project funding application.
