This RFT covers the upgrade of the 3.5km long Ben Lomond Track between the track entranceway at the top of the Queenstown Lakes Gondola and the Ben Lomond Saddle.

The upgrade consists of improvement to the formation of the existing track, installation of timber boxed steps, re-alignment of selected sections and associated restoration work.
