The purpose of the ROI is to select a group of track construction contractors with sufficient skills, experience and resources to;
• provide input into the draft track design documents,
• provide input into the schedule of prices and basis of payments clauses of the Request for Tender (RFT) documents,
• participate in a RFT process in pricing the works, and
• undertake the successful construction of any allocated sections of the proposed Pike29 Track
