The Department of Internal Affairs through the National Library of New Zealand, Te Puna Mātauranga o Aotearoa, is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers of electronic resource content. The intention is that the Department is able to licence a range of e-resources for the purpose of sub-licensing access to the EPIC (Electronic Purchasing In Collaboration) consortium, which is made up of 127 New Zealand libraries and the Ministry of Education on behalf of all schools in New Zealand.
