Auckland Property Market Scan
Property Market Scan - Future Office Accommodation Needs for the Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) in the Auckland CBD and Greater Auckland Region.
DIA is seeking to understand the future of the office accommodation market in the Auckland region (comprising the urban areas of Auckland CBD, Henderson, Manakau (Auckland Airport Region) or Greenlane/Penrose/Ellerslie).
Due to office lease expiries, changing workplace strategies and consolidation of premises, DIA’s office accommodation needs are evolving and require on going assessment.
This market scan is seeking to identify office accommodation projects of scale over the next five years, as set out in the high-level requirements section below, so that DIA maintains an overarching property strategy which aligns with the future of the Auckland region office accommodation market.
This market scan is being undertaken with the support of those agencies who may have already conducted similar investigations of the property market across both the Auckland CBD and greater Auckland region.
Respondents who have previously replied to other agencies’ property market scans are asked to respond to this market scan.
