This project is an initiative of Dunedin City Council Property Services, supporting community housing needs in the City. The site at 48 School St, Kaikorai Valley currently houses 9 units destined for removal. 10 new units are planned for the site.
We have taken this opportunity to redesign the site layout and new buildings to incorporate the principles of high performance buildings for optimal benefits.
We are looking for a suitable Main Contractor to engage this project and deliver an excellent result for Dunedin City Council (DCC).
