What we need
The DCC’s current contract with our Valuation Services Provider (VSP) expires at the end of June 2018 and we seek proposals from organisations or consortia with the requisite skills and experience to deliver the services required under the ensuing contract as detailed within this RFP.
We require professional and independent valuation assessment of the land and property assets within the DCC’s area of operation.
