The current H&S system (Tracker) has technical constraints and functionality gaps that limit the ability to implement effective health and safety risk controls and monitoring and reporting processes.
The key objective of the procurement is to implement a fit-for-purpose solution that will support and encourage a health and safety focus throughout the organisation.
In summary an integrated health and safety reporting and monitoring system containing the following core capabilities is required:
o Incident Management
o Audit
o Risk Management
o Contractor Management
o Mobility
The Department is looking to release an RFP in October 2021.
