The objective of this procurement is to identify experienced service providers who have the proven capability and capacity to provide a Drug and Alcohol testing service, nationwide or regionally, and are responsive to the needs of the Department. The Department also wishes to use this procurement as a mechanism for minimising risk (privacy, systems) as well as improving cost effectiveness and efficiency.
