The Department of Corrections is inviting Registrations of Interest (ROI) from suitably qualified and experienced Developer/Landlord that can provide a ‘turn key’ / design build accommodation solution for the purposes of delivering Community Corrections Services to the Christchurch North area. Existing or new purpose built premises will be considered.

The Department’s underlying objective is to procure a single level stand-alone office building with an adjoining garage facility that will accommodate Community Corrections staff and facilities for the delivery of Corrections Services that is in line with the Departments standards, guidelines and strategic goals.
