This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the supply of Pasifika Cultural Programmes for male prisoners residing in Vaka Fa’aola, also known as the Pacific Focus Unit at Spring Hill Corrections Facility.

We are seeking a solution that could assist in:
(a) increase participant knowledge of their culture and help them to understand and embody core values and principles of their ancestry
(b) improve participant conceptual understanding of their culture and help them to practically apply these learnings in their own lives
(c) increase participant motivation to take part in further rehabilitation programmes, education, training and/or employment after completing the programme.
