- This RFP relates to the purchase of a fully functional health and safety based solution. CRLL’s strategy is to have an “as a Service” model for all software, including this health and safety solution.
The key outcomes that we want to achieve are to source a health and safety solution than will provide all health and safety activities and tasks that CRLL require in its normal course of business. The solution needs to allow for both internal CRLL users and external Contractors to enter health and safety information.
CRLL is looking for out-of-the-box/off-the-shelf solutions that have minimal customisation and does not require unique implementation services.
- A special purpose entity, City Rail Link Limited (CRLL) has been established to manage City Rail Link (CRL), New Zealand's largest public transport project. City Rail Link Limited has identified a need to source a fully functional Health and Safety Solution (HSS).
CRLL wants to subscribe to a predominately commercial off-the-shelf (“COTS”), Enterprise Class solution delivered “As a Service” that addresses the requirements with a minimal level of configuration and provides point to point interfaces to key and existing systems. CRLL are looking for an intuitive easy-to-use user interface.
