A project to conduct one of Environment Canterbury’s internal audit reviews for the 2019/20 financial year. Your specialist skills and experience in the rating field will be critical to success in this project.

The objective of this review is to complete benchmarked comparatives to other Regional Council’s to provide observations on our rating structure. Considering rating effectiveness and equality; balancing rating simplicity and clarity with rateable cost recovery and actual/perceived services received.
