Following an unsuccessful initial tender, Environment Canterbury (Canterbury Regional Council) have re-evaluated our essential requirements and are seeking information on the provision of an integrated Human Resources Information System from those who have not yet expressed interest, this includes submission of a list price to inform budget for on-going operational costs (for information only - not evaluated).
We are looking for a system which will enable our processes to be managed / administered via workflow to reduce time, risk and paper.
Interested parties should consider the Pass / Fail criteria and those who feel they meet it should submit the information laid out in the RFI document for consideration.
