Overview

We are looking for a solution that uses the information contained in our Customer Relationship Management tool as the basis for identifying our customers, at the varying levels of engagement and when we interact with them and capturing their experiences, both positive and negative along with any other feedback, in order for us to understand how good we are at delivering our services and to help us identify areas and opportunities to improve our service delivery to our customers.
