The CDHB is seeking a main contractor with relevant experience to deliver this project within a live environment and busy public space

The project has 3 main components:
 Structural upgrade of the existing foundations and structure.
 Addition of 2 levels of Car parking space on top of the additional building.
 Upgrading the existing building for current compliance where necessary.

We need a contractor who has the ability and skill to undertake a technical piece of work with minimum possible disruption to the functioning of the building. Of importance for this project will be the ability to achieve the core outcome of the project while maintaining high standards of health and safety.

The contractor must be have the ability effectively plan ahead with their programme to allow time for necessary decants and changes to the functioning of the building to be put in place.
