Our objective is to collaboratively explore the open market with a view to engaging a suitable selection of suppliers in a formal relationship with a new supply agreement for a period of 2 years with 2 + 1 rights of renewal (five years total).

This procurement relates to the Supply of Bread and Dairy products. We are requesting proposals from suppliers who can supply:
• Canterbury DHB
• Waikato DHB
• Hawkes Bay DHB

This RFP relates to the purchase of:
• Dairy Products
• Breads

Ideally, suppliers should be able to supply all products, but we will accept responses from suppliers who can do the whole dairy category but not breads and vice versus.
In terms of logistics, suppliers should also be able to supply all areas/DHBs.
