We, the Canterbury District Health Board (CDHB), are considering appointing one Successful Respondent to provide a CT scanner (‘the Solution’).

The solution includes supplying, delivering, installing, commissioning, and providing training, warranty and servicing/maintenance for the scanner.

We are seeking proposals which include a scanner which will fit and operate within the room and infrastructure that is available.

This procurement process is comprised of two stages:
- Stage One - Registration of Interest (ROI)
- Stage Two - Request for Proposal (RFP)

We are using two stages because proposed Solution’s price and conformance with the available space and infrastructure are the primary factors in our decision making about whether we will purchase. We wish to understand these factors to inform our decision making before asking potential Respondents to participate in a full Request for Proposal (RFP).
