The existing laundry, based on the Canterbury District Health Board Hillmorton Hospital site, suffered earthquake damage and will require significant upgrading to meet acceptable earthquake standards within the next 5 years. The Canterbury Linen Services Limited wish instead to relocate the Laundry service with a more suitable layout that provides efficiency and allowance for future expansion as a:
a) a new; or
b) existing building.

We are looking to collaborate with a landowner and/or developer to either lease a current build or to finance, design, develop, construct, and lease-back a laundry facility.
