Canterbury DHB are seeking interest for a construction company to modify the Tuarangi Home top plant room to allow for a more safer entrance/exit from the top plant room, the project will involve raising the iron plant room roof, relocating some plant within the plant room and outside of it, redirecting services in order to clear a way for an entrance/exit walkway through the air plenum and out to a new exterior plant form and down stairs to the utility area of the site
Tuarangi Home is based in Ashburton Canterbury and caters for geriatric and dementia residents in a 24hr complex that is fully operational, you will be working very closely with the CDHB to ensure residents and staff safety and considerations through out the whole project
Detailed drawings and scope are included in Schedule three of the RFP.
Submissions will be submitted as per clauses 4,5 and 6 of the RFP document.
