The contract is for the construction and sealing of the Cross Recreation Centre carpark in Balclutha.

The work involves excavation and trimming of watertables, construction of sumps and drainage pipes and culverts, supply and construction of base course materials, construction of granular pavement layers, and the reinstatement of fencing, application of first coat 3/5 seal and application of road marking and placement of signs.
