Capital & Coast District Health Board (CCDHB) are informing the market of an upcoming RFP. This notice documents the intent and invites prospective tenderer's to register for a pre-RFP Briefing.
CCDHB run 4 major campus facilities, the new Wellington Regional Hospital, Keneperu Community Hospital, Ratonga Rua o Porirua and Kapiti Medical Centre, plus a number of outlying offices, medical facilities and homes. CCDHB are looking to the market for the following services;
• Patient Food Services
• Cafeteria and Function Food Services;
• Meals on Wheels food service;
• Cleaning and Internal Waste Management;
• External General Waste Disposal
• External Confidential Waste Disposal;
• External Sanitary Waste Disposal;
• External Infections, Hazardous and Cytotoxic Waste Disposal;
• External Recyclable Waste Disposal; and
• Pest Control
Prospective tenderer's may apply to one, any number of, or any bundle of services offered. The pre-RFP briefing is to to show how CCDHB wants the tendered services delivered and why, to highlight our approach to probity during the procurement process, and to provide interested suppliers the chance to network and provide feedback on intended approach prior to going out to the market with the RFP.
